Dr.Darla Nageswara Rao from Hyderabad, Telangana State created all time record by making 700 Indian National Flags manually in a short span of 20 days. These hand made flags were worn  by the Students on the eve of Republic Day. The event was entered in the books of "Champions Book of Records" and the same was presented to him.
